| 【】目的：观察鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为2组。A组42例用鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射联合中药熏洗；B组38例给予弥可保肌注。结果：总有效率A组为90.5%,B组为50．0％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)；治疗后神经运动传导速度(MNCV)、神经感觉传导速度均有改善,但治疗后A组情况优于B组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义。结论：鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病神经病变有较好疗效,值得临床推广。 |

| 【】Objective To observe the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF) with xunxi in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups(A and B). A group(n=42) was given to mNGF and zhongyaoxunxi,B group(n=38) was given to mecobalamin only. Results the efficacy of A group was higher than that of B group (P<0.01).the MNCV and SNCV of A and B group become faster after curation ,the nerve conduction velocity of A group was higher than B group (P<0.05).Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor with xunxi is effective to the trentment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). |
