目的:观察海桐皮汤熏蒸对实验性兔膝关节骨性关节炎氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:新
西兰大白兔45只,随机取10只作为正常对照组,其余35只采用Hulth方法造模,1周后取30只无膝
关节感染实验兔,随机分为模型组、水蒸气组和海桐皮汤组,每组10只,分别给予相应的处理,4周
后处死取血。检测比较实验前后各组兔血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结
果:与治疗前比较,模型组治疗后SOD活性降低(P<0.05),MDA含量升高(P<0.05);水蒸气熏蒸
组、海桐皮汤熏蒸组SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<
0.05);海桐皮汤熏蒸组SOD活性升高、MDA含量降低改善更明显,与水蒸气熏蒸组和模型组比较,
差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:海桐皮汤熏蒸可显著提高实验性膝骨关节炎模型兔血清
SOD活性,降低MDA含量,从而延缓关节软骨的退变,促进软骨修复。 |

Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese compound prescription Haitongpi Decoction on the me?
tabolism of oxygen free radicals in experimental rabbit knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Forty-five New Zealand rab?
bits, ten of which were randomly chosen as controls and another thirty-five ones were subject to knee osteoarthri?
tis by using modified Hulth method. One week later, thirty rabbits with knee osteoarthritis but no infection were
randomly divided into 3 groups: osteoarthritis model group, vapor-treated group, and Haitongpi-Decoction-treated
group, 10 in each. The activity of erythrocytic superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the levels of malondialdehyde
(MDA) were measured in the 4 groups after 4-week treatment. Results: Compared with controls, the SOD activi?
ty in osteoarthritis model group was much lower(P<0.05). The SOD activity in vapor-treated group and Haitong?
pi-Decoction-treated group was higher after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05). Compared with va?
por-treated group, the SOD activity in Haitongpi-Decoction-treated group was much higher after treatment(P<
0.05). Compared with controls, the MDA level in osteoarthritis model group was much higher (P<0.05) . The
