目的:观察参附注射液对脓毒症大鼠心脏血流动力学的影响。方法:采用肓肠结扎穿孔
法制备腹腔感染脓毒症动物模型。80只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、脓毒症组、参附注射液低、高
剂量组,每组20只。各实验组术后给予相应处理措施,观察术后6、18h各组的平均动脉压(MAP)、
心率(HR)、心脏收缩功能指标(LVDP和+dP/dt)、心脏舒张功能指标(LVEDP和-dP/dt)。结果:与假
手术组比较,脓毒症组术后6h HR显著升高(P<0.05),术后18h HR显著降低(P<0.01);术后6h和
18h MAP、LVDP、+dP/dt、LVEDP、-dP/dt均显著下降(P均<0.01)。与脓毒症组比较,参附注射液低
剂量组术后6h MAP、HR差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),术后18h MAP和HR显著升高(P<0.05);
参附注射液高剂量组术后6h HR显著降低(P<0.05),术后18h HR和术后6、18h MAP均显著升高
(P均<0.01),参附注射液低、高剂量组术后6、18h的LVDP、+dP/dt、LVEDP、-dP/dt均显著升高(P<
0.05或<0.01)。结论:参附注射液可升高脓毒症大鼠的平均动脉压,改善其心脏收缩和舒张功能;
高剂量参附注射液作用更明显,并能改善心率。参附注射液能改善脓毒症大鼠心脏血流动力学的
作用强度与剂量有关。 |

Objective: To observe the effects of Shenfu Injection(SF) on cardiac hemodynamics in rats with sepsis.
Methods: A total of 80 Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were subjected to sepsis by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)
and then were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group(n=20), sepsis group(n=20), Low-SF group(n=
20) and High-SF group(n=20). Mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), heart systolic functional parameters
(LVDP and +dP/dt), heart diastolic functional parameters (LVEDP and -dP/dt) of each group were recorded in 6
h and 18 h
after the surgery and then compared. Results: Compared with the sham group, HR in sepsis group
increased significantly in 6h after surgery (P<0.05), but significantly decreased in 18 h after surgery(P<0.01); and
MAP, LVDP, +dP/dt, LVEDP, and -dP/dt in sepsis group all dramatically decreased in 6h and 18 h after surgery
(all P<0.01). Compared with sepsis group, Low-SF group had similar MAP and HR in 6h after surgery, but ele?
vated MAP and HR in 18h after surgery(all P>0.05); High-SF group had lower HR in 6h after surgery (P<0.05)
and increased HR in 18h and increased MAP in 6h and 18h after surgery(all P<0.01);and both SF groups had
increased LVDP, +dP/dt, LVEDP, and -dP/dt in 6h and 18h after surgery(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: SF can
increase MAP to different extent in septic rats. In addition, SF can improve cardiac systolic and diastolic func?
tion. These results were more obvious in High-SF group. These effects may be proportional to the dose of Shen?
