| 目的：观察益气缩泉汤治疗中老年妇女急迫性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法：选择50岁以上
女性急迫性尿失禁患者36例，予益气缩泉汤口服治疗6周，通过填写生活质量评分表、排尿日记和
国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表（ICIQ-FLUTS）的形式记录并比较治疗前、治疗2周和治疗6
周患者直肠坠胀感、尿痛、下腹疼痛感和性生活质量等主观症状以及24h排尿次数、每次排尿量、残
余尿量和尿失禁次数等排尿情况。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗2周和治疗6周后患者平均每次尿量
增加，24h平均排尿次数减少，平均尿失禁次数减少，夜尿次数减少，24h饮水量增加，治疗前后比较
差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前总ICIQ-FLUTS 评分平均（72.20±14.23）分，治疗后平均
（44.90±12.25）分，治疗后平均总ICIQ-FLUS评分明显降低（P<0.05）。结论：益气缩泉汤可以改善
中老年妇女急迫性尿失禁患者的排尿情况，提高患者生活质量，且无明显不良反应。 |

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Yiqi Suoquan Decoction on old female patients with
urge urinary incontinence(UUI). Methods: A total of 36 female patients (more than 50 years old) with UUI were
included. Yiqi Suoquan decoction was administered for 6 weeks as a therapeutic course. Urination diary and inter?
national consultation on incontinent questionnaire (ICIQ-FLUTS) were recorded before and after the treatment. Uri?
nation diary recorded patients’urination and subjective symptoms such as 24 hour frequency of urination, each
urine volume, residual urine volume, and urinary incontinence episodes. The records were compared before and 2
weeks and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results:After 2~6 week treatment, the patients had increased average
each urine volume, reduced average 24 hour urine frequency, fewer average incontinence frequency, fewer noctu?
ria, and increased 24 hours water consumption volume. A statistical difference was noted before and after the
treatment (P<0.05). The average total score of ICIQ-FLUTS was (72.20±14.23) before treatment and (44.90±
12.25) after treatment, with a significant reduction (P<0.05). Conclusion：Yiqi Suoquan Decoction has curative ef?
fects for old women with UUI without any side effects and improves their quality of life as a result. |
