      目的: 探讨食管癌组织p33/ING1和PTEN蛋白表达及其相关性。方法: 采用免疫组织化学 技术联合检测凋亡促进因子P33/ING1、 PTEN基因在58例食管癌大体标本中的表达情况。结果: p33/ING1和PTEN蛋白从正常黏膜—不典型增生—浸润癌渐进性表达减低, 在正常黏膜与浸润癌 组织表达差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05, P<0.01)。食管癌组织PTEN与p33/ING1表达呈正相关。结 论: p33/ING1和PTEN基因的失活 (或缺失) 及表达下调在食管鳞癌的发生、 分化及浸润转移过程中 起重要作用。可能为临床食管癌早期诊断、 相关治疗及预后研究提供新的手段。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate the expression of p33/ING1 and PTEN proteins in esophageal cancer tis? sues. Method: P33/ING1 and PTEN protein as apoptosis-promoting factors were detected in gross specimens from 58 patients with esophageal cancer by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of p33/ING1 and PTEN protein from normal mucosa to dysplasia to invasive carcinoma was gradually decreased, with a significant difference between normal mucosa tissue and invasive carcinoma(P<0.05 or P<0.01). A correlation was noted be? tween the level of PTEN protein and the expression of p33/ING1 in esophageal cancer tissue. Conclusion: p33/ ING1 and PTEN gene inactivation (or loss) and decreased protein expression play an important role in the occur? rence, differentiation, invasion, and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. They may be valuable for the diagnosis, treatment, and predicting prognosis of esophageal cancer.
