| 目的： 观察荆防感冒颗粒的解热、 镇痛与抗炎、 作用。方法： 采用干酵母致大鼠发热进行
解热试验； 用小鼠热板法、 醋酸致扭体法进行镇痛试验； 用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法、 二甲苯所
致小鼠耳廓肿胀法及对小鼠毛细血管通透性测定法观察抗炎作用。结果： 荆防感冒颗粒对干酵母
致大鼠体温升高有明显的抑制作用 （P<0.05， P<0.01）， 明显延长小鼠热板致痛反应的痛阈值 （P<
0.05， P<0.01）， 减少醋酸所致扭体次数 （P<0.01）， 显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖、 二甲苯所致小
鼠耳廓肿胀 （P<0.05， P<0.01）， 并明显抑制毛细血管通透性 （P<0.05， P<0.01）。结论： 荆防感冒颗粒
具有解热、 镇痛、 抗炎作用。 |

| Objective： To investigate the antipyretic， analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects of Jingfang Ganmao
Granule. Methods: Febrile model of rats was induced by dry yeast. Pain models were established by the hot
plate test and the HAc-induced abdominal constriction test. Inflammatory models were that the swelling of hind
paw in rats induced by Carrageenin， the auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice， and the mice applied by
HAc-induced peritoneal capillary permeability. Results: JingFang Ganmao Granule obviously depressed the ferves?
cence in rats， improved the threshold of pain, decreased twist times of mice, restrained the rat foot swelling de?
gree by Carrageenin， inhibited the mouse auricle tumefaction degree induced by xylol, and reduced Evans blue ex?
cretion of mouse peritonitis induced by acetic acid （compared with NS group， P＜0.05 or 0.01） . Conclusion: Jing?
Fang Ganmao Granule had remarkable antipyretic， analgesic， and anti-inflammatory effects. |
