| 目的： 观察美洲大蠊提取物对大鼠膀胱黏膜损伤后修复的影响。方法: 将30只大鼠随机
分为正常对照组、 模型组和治疗组， 每组10只。用盐酸损伤大鼠膀胱黏膜， 用0.25mL美洲大蠊提
取物膀胱内灌注修复受损膀胱黏膜。用常规病理染色技术观察膀胱黏膜损伤范围及炎症浸润情
况， 用免疫组织化学法检测膀胱组织热休克蛋白60、 70表达情况。结果: 大体病理显示， 美洲大蠊
提取物可明显减少大鼠膀胱上皮缺损； 显微镜下病理显示， 美洲大蠊提取物可显著减少大鼠膀胱
上皮炎性细胞浸润； 与模型组比较， 美洲大蠊提取物可显著降低大鼠膀胱组织热休克蛋白60、 70表
达 （P<0.01）。结论： 美洲大蠊提取物可修复损伤的膀胱黏膜， 加强膀胱壁的屏障作用， 阻止炎症反

| Objective: To investigate the effect of Periplaneta Americana Extraction on post-injury healing of
bladder mucosa in the rat.Methods:A total of 30 rats were randomly divided to control group, model group, and
treatment group, 10 in each. The injury of bladder mucosa was made by using hydrochloric acid. Bladders were
instilled with 0.25 ml Periplaneta Americana Extraction. Pathological bladder mucosal injury and inflammatory in?
filtration were observed by HE staining and the expressions of heat shock protein 60 and 70 in the mucosa
were measured by immunohistochemistry.Results:Gross pathological observation showed that Periplaneta Americana
Extraction obviously diminished the defect of rat bladder epithelium; and microscopic pathological analysis
showed that Periplaneta Americana Extraction dramatically lessened inflammatory cellular infiltration into rat blad?
der epithelium. Immunohistochemistry showed that Periplaneta Americana Extraction markedly decreased the ex?
pressions of heat shock protein 60 and 70 in rat bladder tissue(P<0.01).Conclusion:Periplaneta Americana Extrac?
tion may repair injured bladder mucosaby strengthening the wall of bladder and inhibiting inflammatory response. |
