| 目的： 探讨肺金生方对Lewis肺癌小鼠VEGF-C、 nm23表达的影响。方法： 取60只C57BL/
6小鼠， 常规接种Lewis肺癌瘤株， 随机分为生理盐水组、 环磷酰胺 （CTX） 组、 中药低剂量组、 中药中
剂量组、 中药高剂量组、 CTX加中药组， 每组10只。各组给予相应药物灌胃14天后处死， 取肺组织
观察肺转移数， 取肿瘤组织甲醛固定后免疫组化检测VEGF-C、 nm23表达。结果： 肺金生方中、 高
剂量对Lewis肺癌小鼠自发肺转移有抑制作用 （P<0.01）， 中药肺金生方各剂量组及CTX、 CTX加中
药组均能降低VEGF-C表达 （P<0.01、 P<0.05）， 而中药中、 高剂量组、 CTX加中药组均能提高nm23
的表达 （P<0.01）， 中药中、 高剂量组nm23表达比CTX加中药中剂量组更高 （P<0.05）。结论： 肺金生
方抑制Lewis肺癌小鼠自发肺转移可能与其降低VEGF-C表达和提高nm23的表达有关。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the effect of Fei-jin-sheng Decoction on VEGF-C, nm23 expression in Lew?
is lung cancer mice. Method: Sixty C57BL/6 mice inoculated with Lewis lung cancer cell line were randomly di?
vided into 6 groups: normal saline group， cyclophosphamide(CTX) group, Feijinsheng decoction groups (low-, medi?
um-,and high-dose subgroups)， and CTX combined with medium-dose Feijinsheng group,10 mice in each group.
The corresponding drugs were intragastrically given to the groups once a day for 14 days and then the mice
were executed for observation of lung metastasis and detection of the expressions of VEGF-C and nm23 in the
lung tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results: The medium-dose and high-dose Feijinsheng decoction groups
had less spontaneous pulmonary metastasis (P<0.01). All groups except the normal saline group reduced VEGF-C
expression (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The medium-dose and high-dose of Fei-jin-sheng decoction groups and CTX
combine with medium-dose Feijinsheng group elevated the expression of nm23 (P<0.01)， and the expression lev?
els in the medium-dose and high-dose of Fei-jin-sheng decoction groups were higher than that in the combina?
tion group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Fei-jin-sheng decoction can inhibit the spontaneous lung metastasis of Lewis
lung cancer in mice by reducing VEGF-C while elevating nm23. |
