| 目的： 通过HepG2.215细胞体外药物评价模型， 观察观辣树水提物对乙肝病毒的抑制作
用。方法： 利用HepG2.215细胞模型， 以噻唑兰染色法 （MTT法） 检测观辣树水提物对细胞的毒性作
用， 以酶联免疫 （ELISA） 法检测观辣树水提物对HepG2.215细胞乙肝表面抗原 （HBsAg）、 e抗原
（HBeAg） 分泌的抑制作用。结果： 观辣树水提物在HepG2.215细胞上的最大实验浓度200mg/mL时
对细胞的破坏率仅为48.65%， 而对HBsAg的半数抑制浓度IC50为57.82mg/mL， 治疗指数TI>3.46； 对
HBeAg的半数抑制浓度IC50为51.68mg/mL， 治疗指数TI>3.87。结论： 观辣树水提物体外对乙肝病
毒有较好的抑制作用。 |

| Objective: To observe the HBV-inhibitory effect of Moringa oleifera extracts on HepG2.215 cell line.
Methods:The cyto-toxic effect of the Moringa oleifera extracts on HepG2.215 cell line was detected by MTT
method and the inhibitory effect of the extracts on HBsAg and HBeAg was assessed by ELISA. Results:The max?
imum experimental concentration of Moringa oleifera (200mg/mL) destroyed 48.65% cells. The IC50 of HBsAg
and HBeAg was 57.82mg/mL and 51.68 mg/mL, respectively. The therapeutic index of HBsAg and HBeAg were
3.46 and 3.87. Conclusion: The extract of Moringa oleifera had an acceptable anti-virus effect on HBV in vitro. |
