      目的: 探讨单纯糖皮质激素诱导建立兔股骨头坏死动物模型中的致死因素与干预思路, 以优化造模方式。方法: 新西兰大白兔40只随机分为四组, A组为单纯激素注射组, 每周2次肌肉 注射醋酸泼尼松龙, 每次8mg/kg, 连续6周; B组为激素+青霉素注射组, 在A组基础上每周2次肌肉 注射青霉素钠4万U/只; C组为激素+青霉素+雷尼替丁注射组,在B组基础上每周2次肌肉注射雷 尼替丁25mg/只; D组为空白对照组, 肌肉注射生理盐水5mL。观察各组一般形态学、 死亡率、 组织 病理学。结果: A、 B、 C组均造模成功, 其中C组生存状况最好, 体重减轻最少。三组动物死亡率分 别是50%、 30%、 10%, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。结论: 单一激素醋酸泼尼松龙可以成功诱导兔 激素性股骨头坏死动物模型, 通过预防性应用抗生素与制酸剂, 可以显著减少模型动物死亡率。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the fetal factors and their intervention for the establishment of animal model of steriod-induced femoral head necrosis for optimization. Methods: Forty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divid? ed into 4 groups: Group A was intervened with prednisolone acetate of 8 mg/kg twice a week; penicillin sodium of 40 000 U twice a week was added to Group B based on Group A; ranitidine of 25 mg twice a week were added to Group C based Group B; and the control group was given 5 ml of saline. All injections were adminis? tered intramuscularly for 6 weeks. At the end of the study, general morphology and histopathology were observed and mortality was calculated in all groups. Results: The model of femoral head necrosis was successfully estab? lished in Group A, B, and C. Group C had the best condition with the least weigh loss. The mortalities of the 3 groups were 50%, 30%, and 10% in order, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Sin? gle prednisolone acetate can successfully induce femoral head necrosis in rabbits. With prophylactic antibiotics and antacids, the mortality of rabbits can be reduced.
