| 目的： 观察臂丛神经阻滞配合传统的肩关节粘连松解术治疗粘连期肩周炎的疗效。方
法： 采用肩关节活动功能评定法， 确定肩关节活动功能障碍严重的粘连期肩关节周围炎90例， 随机
分组进行臂丛神经阻滞配合传统的肩关节粘连松解术 （观察组） 治疗和传统温针灸 （对照组） 治疗，
采用VAS视觉模拟评分法和肩关节活动功能评定法测定患者治疗前后的疼痛评分与肩关节活动
功能的改善情况。结果： 在疼痛改善方面， 两组治疗前后有明显改善， 组间比较差异无统计学意义
（P＞0.05）； 在肩关节活动功能方面， 观察组比对照组改善明显， 组间比较差异有统计学意义 （P＜
0.05）。结论： 臂丛神经阻滞配合传统的粘连松解术是治疗粘连期肩周炎的合适疗法。 |

| Objective： To evaluate the effect of lysis under brachial plexus block on the medium and advanced
stage of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: Ninety patients suffered from the medium and advanced stage of
scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into brachial plexus block combined with traditional surgical
lysis group(combination treatment group) and traditional temperature acupuncture treatment group(control group).
Visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the pain score and Should function evaluation method introduced in
Cervical and Shoulder Pain was used to calculate shoulder function score before and after treatment. Results:
Pain scores in both groups were much lower after treatment, but no significant difference in pain score was seen
between the 2 groups（P>0.05） . The shoulder function was improved in both groups after treatment, and it was
better in the combination treatment group than that of the control group, with a significant difference in the
should function scores （P<0.05） .Conclusion: Brachial plexus block combined with surgical lysis can effectively
relieve the serious adhesion in scapulohumeral periarthritis. |
