      目的:观察姜黄素对非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)家兔血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数及肝组织过 氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)水平的影响。方法:34 只家兔制备NAFLD 模型,随机分为 姜黄素组和NAFLD 组各17 只,均予基础饲料喂养,姜黄素组家兔每天按200mg/kg 体质量给予姜 黄素混悬液灌胃, NAFLD 组给予相同容积的生理盐水, 治疗1 个月。治疗前后检测血甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C) 、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FNS),并计算胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)指数,免疫组织化学法测定肝组织 PPAR-γ 蛋白表达,观察肝组织病理学变化。结果:治疗后姜黄素组血浆TG、TC、LDL-C 显著降低 (P<0.01),HDL-C 显著升高(P<0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数显著降低(P<0.05),PPAR-γ 蛋白表达显著 升高(P<0.05),肝脂肪变性明显好转。结论:姜黄素可降低NAFLD 模型家兔血脂、肝脏脂质合成与 聚积,对NAFLD 有治疗作用。

      To observe the effects of curcumin on serum lipids and the expression of peroxisome proliferatorsactivated receptor γ (PPAR-γ)in the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rabbits. Methods: Thirty-four rabbits established non-alcoholic fatty liver disease model were randomly divided into 2 experimental groups: control group(17 animals) and treatment group (17 animals). Both groups were fed standard diet for 1 month. Additionally, the treatment group received oral curcumin at dose of 200 mg·kg-1·d-1 and the control group received an oral curcumin-free sodium chloride solution daily during the experiment. Blood samples were collected from before and after experiment. Serum was separated and used for the assessment of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol (TC), LDL-C, HDL-C, fasting blood glucose(FBG), fasting insulin(FNS), and HOMA-IR index was calculated. The expression of PPARγ protein was measured by immunohistochemistry, and pathological alterations in the liver were examined. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly decreased serum TG,TC and LDL-C (P<0.01) , and increased HDL-C(P<0.05). Curcumin also decreased HOMA-IR (P<0.05) and increased the expression of PPARγ protein (P<0.05). The fatty degeneration of the liver was significantly improved. Conclusion: Curcumin can degrade lipid synthesis and accumulation in blood serum and the liver of NAFLD rabbits. Therefore, curcumin can prevent and cure NAFLD.
